Making Salsa: Proportional Reasoning Activity
This activity is an Emergency Lesson Plan that addresses proportional reasoning standards for grades six through eight using a low-floor, high-ceiling methodology. The activity is designed for a 50-minute class period and includes a supportive substitute guide, full key, and holistic rubric for easy grading.
